Acidity and obtaining relief via products from pHion

I have been using Alkaline Minerals, pH test strips, Probiotics and Prebiotics, Acid Drainage and Green Superfood from pHion. I have found these products indispensable in promoting better health for myself and have used them faithfully for over one year.

The Alkaline Minerals and Green Superfood, in particular, have been excellent in reducing the acid load in my body and incidentally, have helped me lose weight and inches when nothing else was budging the fat reserves around my middle and upper thighs.

I can attest to the latter claim because I have been without these products since the beginning of January this year. Since then I have been slowly putting on inches (proven by actual measurement and also the way my clothes fit) and I am frustrated because I cannot get the product.

This is why I am writing to you. I tried this company because of the excellent comments and review you gave it and everything you said about them and their products has been true, but this is now the second time I have been unable to have my order processed due to "backlog" of the product.

Their website says all orders processed within 2 days, I think, of receiving the order and if it is later, such as a backlog, it is usually shipped within 8 days. When I didn't get an email telling me the shipping date of my order in January, I emailed them and was told the product was backordered and would ship in mid-February. It is almost the end of February now and still no notice of shipment.

I don't want to switch companies but am very frustrated at this lack of communication and unprofessional treatment of loyal customers.

Do you know of another company with similar products that you can recommend and have you or any of your readers complained of this situation with pHion? I am impressed with your level of knowledge and experience and the website you have built to help others.

Hi Cindy,

I am sorry you had had to deal with this frustration. It is inexcusable for a company to treat a customer like this. I have been having similar issues with being ignored. I'm not sure what is going on with this company.

I've been looking for similar products to replace the ones from pHion. So far I like the ones I have listed on this alkaline supplements page. If you find any others that work for you, please let me know.

You can probably get pHion products from Amazon in the meantime. They have some of pHion's products in stock like pHion Alkalizing Mineral Complex Powder, so you shouldn't have any issues with delivery.
